I am still living here and can confirm the amount of men staring you down. I complained about the people above me throwing thier cigarette butts and I ended up getting a write up for the chairs I had in my balcony. when you pass by people have tables, old washing machines, and chairs that are not lawn furniture. why did I get written up when those chairs had been there 3 years since I moved in.also there is a lot of people living in one bedroom apts, I would say about 7 men to a one bedroom apartment.one does not feel safe when they are gawking and can obviously tell you live alone. and yes they do like to party in the parking lot with thier loud music and peeing in the lot as well.as a matter a fact, my new neighbors, just moved in not even a day ago, and already they had their music blaring so loud my pictures were shaking!! there is trash all over the parking lot, they obviously do not do a check. I am 100% certain that when I move out they will try to S$%*&^ me over with ridiculous charges which is why I am going to take video and pictures. I am counting down the days to get out of here, and yes roaches are in drones here, I am a clean freak and was still swarmed with roaches, even though my place was spotless. my microwave was ruined by the infestation of roaches, they somehow got in and when you use it the fan blows out roach bits from under! the apartments are not going to pay me for that. are they. no! so no I would not recommend it, the apts are cheap, yes, but you get what you pay for!
