I am a current resident and will be moving soon due to my job. I have enjoyed my stay at Sedona Springs. Managment has been great to work with and I have never had any problems with maintenance. The residents are nice and friendly. Yes, people cook out on the weekends in the parking lot or in the grass, but it always good company. I have never felt unsafe or had anything taken from me. I use the community washers and dryers and have never had a problem. Parking has always been fine.
