This was a nice, adequate apartment complex at a great value when I moved in 2.5 years ago. Since they were taken over by new management, the siding was replaced but everything else has gone downhill.
Noise has become more and more of a problem as new tenants come in. What was once a quiet complex has become an increasingly uncomfortable environment to live in due to an obvious drop-off in potential tenant screening. Bug infestations have gotten worse, with management slow to respond (they only spray every 2 weeks), and the treatments continually being ineffective.
When I finally moved out after having a good relationship and track record with management for 2.5 years, I was hit with a $400 bill for carpet replacement on 1.5-year-old carpet that was deemed "uncleanable." That's right, carpet that looked identical when I moved in and out, and had been subjected to normal living wear by 2 people for 1 year with no visible stains, was "uncleanable." The carpet had been vacuumed regularly, as well as over 2 vacuum passes upon move-out, but according to management it appeared that "vacuuming had been attempted." If you live here, I'd advise documenting the condition of EVERYTHING upon move-out so these crooks don't steal your money like the rest of us.

I understand. When I moved out I was hit with a bill for NEW countertops and carpet cleaning-this was even after I had them cleaned. There wasn't anything wrong with them-oh yeah and since I turned in my keys at 9:10am (when the office opened) they charged me for extra days. This place does suck and good luck in the future with traffic after the new stadium opens!
