You get what you pay for. There have been break-ins, but overall its safe. But the complex is getting old, so therefore maintenace issues often pop up. Upside is they are pet friendly, everything else is average or below average. I would only recommend Sedona Springs if you have pets and are getting desperate for a place.

You do get what you pay for. If you are looking for luxury living Sedona Springs is not the place for you. But it is one of the nicer places in North Arlington. Yes it is older but it also has been updated inside and out within the past year and a half and looks really nice.
