I would give this complex 6 out of 10 (10 being excellent).
Pros:
Small complex
Can be quiet on most days. (no loud music,no loitering)
I felt safe
Spacious
Cons:
Don't buy the "Nice view of the creek" pitch. Its a nasty woodsy area. Nothing pleasant about it.
There's a group of kids that can be loud and disrespectful
Flooring and cabinets are outdated. Gives off a cheap look.
Out of the apartment staff,Felecia is the one to go. Chelsea is rude. She should work on her customer service skills.
My advice when moving in is to give yourself and the staff plenty of notice. Make sure to ask questions. Communication can be a problem with the staff.
The apartment I viewed went to someone else and I was placed into an apartment I didn't have a chance to look at. They didn't notify me of this until after I signed my lease.
I don't feel my apartment was move in ready. The paint job was rushed (Paint residue was always on my hand. Even on my move out day)
Appliances and the AC didnt work,but I dealt with it.
