We had some issues with roaches and other insects, and that problem got taken care of after I wrote a letter to the owner of the complex. Our neighbors fight and smoke pot everyday. The apartments are a nice size and if you get better neighbors it might be worth it. there are always problems with every apartment that you will ever live in so you just have to decide if for the price it is worth it. Its in Pantego so there are always cops rollin around so its decently safe i guess.
