Shady Valley Square Apartments

staff sucked From: idiotsallaroundme Date posted: 6/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   coming across these reviews was a thing of beauty. I remember these apartments quite well. My apartment flooded from the back up sewage from the toilet. Our shower smelled of rotten eggs when the water was on - recently learned why - and find it to be disgusting and can't believe that my baby has no problems from it. (i was pregnant at the time) There are lots of ------ - but that wasn't the problem for me, well neighbor wise at least - the all black staff - now was a problem - racist as can be towards whites. When we called maintence at 11p for the flooded apatment - no response - paged at 12a - no response.....so i blew up the pager. staff and maintence finally showed up telling me that i put in the wrong number for her to call back - i know how to use a pager and sure as hell know how to dial a phone by now - lame excuss. She was upset and got onto me for blowing it up - i was upset - my furniture and other belongings ruined. She didn't care to fix any of it. Do yourself a favor - check the water before renting - all and all the apratment was nice.
