Horrible Smoke from Vents Second Hand Painfull From: rcvideo@juno.com Date posted: 8/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Smoke from upstairs pours in thru several vents verified daily almost impossible to live downstairs. They need to be torn down or make non smoking sections. Going to city council meeting soon.
