Shady Valley Square Apartments

Still Horrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Low class apartments. Maintenance requests go ignored or if answered, poorly repaired. New staff is rude and uncaring. There are people there who are truely just trying to survive on the small wages they make, but all are treated like trash. Roach infestation, rotten egg smelling water, no shower door, poorly repaired kitched cabinets and counter tops. Refrigerator repair took a month. AC repair took over a month, while causing the electric bills to be almost $300 a month! (Bad for a small 1 bedroom apartment!) Advertise that no felons can rent there... HA... I found that funny...
