I used to live there at friend's apt. They are always full, no vacancy all the time. Many residents also live there for long time, or came back form other town. The price is very reasonable and include water bill.Old property but nice inside, also have good size. While I lived with friends's apt, the AC always work strongly. It's not very big but have pretty garden in the center, and the manager takes care it every day .Quiet. The most important is that they have a good manager. She lives there too, and is very experenced and vivid person. Talking with her is confortable, she take good care of every thing, keep the place nice and clean, care about people. Also, she is a wisden lady, the way she manages the property or big problems properly and reasonable.Never hear canpaining about fixing things. For UTA students is the best place to live; walking distant, student discount. I was planing to move there this summer, and have to give up because I am tansfering to other school which take 30 mins to drive. It's really nice that an apt could feel like at home and feel safe to live aspecially for students far from hometown and don't have much money. By the way, they not only do the back ground check, and she select resident very carefully, so most of peole lve there are nice and you don't have to worry about the safty.
If you are looking for nice apt, don't hesitate to check it out and ask her about the vacancy as soon as posible.
