From day one I had problems w/the manager. She tends to think only of the profit of the complex than for the welfare of the resident.
The maintenance requests I have had have been handled promptly, but poorly. They continue to do the minimum which would explain why the entire bldgs look like they're falling apart.
The price is nice as compared to other complexes,but once you're in, you find out why.
The parking spaces are bare minimum. You cannot park close to your apt if you are coming in after 6P.
