This place... well, it is kind of like hell. The AC doesn't cool and it drips all over the floor. The staff says it is working "just fine". There is a large hole in the ceiling, and everytime it rains the couch gets wet. The late fee for rent is $270, even if you are only a day late. You pay the complex for the water, yet some of the time the water doesn't work. They act like it isn't their fault. No one takes out their trash. There's a security officer who wishes he was a cop. My boyfriend opened the door one day after this guy was knocking... and the security officer sprayed mace at him!!! WTF' The office likes to tell you if they have a problem with anything you are doing, but if you have a request, i.e. AC not working, hole in roof, spit outside the apartment on the carpet, Stinky Trash, Noisy, where the hell is the water I paid for etc. they don't care. Crappy place to live. One more thing - if they suspect your car doesn't work (i.e. it's been sitting there a while) they WILL tow it off. And the towing company they use will sell it before you get a chance to get it back. I just got a notice from Lake Dallas police saying my car was impounded because whoever they sold it to had been taken to jail. The apartments, however, will not take responsibility for this!
