I moved here after relocating from another state. I was in a rush to find somewhere to live and made a BIG mistake by choosing these apts. You have noisy, unsupervised kids during the day afterschool and on weekends. Then during the night you have noisy grown ups. The grounds are not well kept, it's trash everywhere...even in the breezeways. People do not throw their trash in the dumpster. My A/C was out a whole week during the summer before it was fixed. I stayed there three months, it was still things on my initial move in sheet that still had not been fixed. They have changed management and have new rules they expect you to follow even though no new lease was signed & you were not given a copy of the rules. The police were in the complex every other day...either someone's car was stolen or they were looking for drug dealers. If you are looking for somewhere safe, quiet, decent management...DON'T MOVE HERE. I signed 1 yr lease, stayed for 3 mnths. Yeah I broke my lease but I feel so much better about where I live now. Keep going! I know the prices may be good but there are other places in the same price range that is way more decent. One more thing...the water heater is in the bedroom closet...that is not safe if you have kids. Like I said please keep going and do not continue to patronize Southern Hills Apts. Another thing..PARKING...if you make home past 5pm, you can hang it up...you will not get a parking space close to your apt.

you could not pay me to live there again that place is a rip off and if you break you lease they ruin ur credit for life and if your late on rent they would come into your home and leave nasty messages it is very over rated living there
