i have lived here for 3 months and to tell u the truth the only problems i have had have been because some residents dont want to follow the rules. if u dont like the trash then dont throw it on the damn ground! if u dont like the kids running around making noise then...control ur kids! The rent here is great and the apartments are nice and clean. of course they are a little older. but what the heck do u expect for the price' management has treated me very well and has been very open to suggestion( they changed owners like a month ago)all of my maintenance requests have been addressed. there was a very rigorous application process so i feel safe that the management does the best that they can do to ensure my safety. as far as parking is concerned...if people didnt have so many guests park in the parking area then we wouldnt have so many problems...but hopefully by the end of the year there will be permit only parking.

What background checks? Just in my buildings they had a drug bust last week and the guy that used to be across from me went to jail twice for domestic!Oh i forgot the guy caddy corner from me was in prison and has a gun!Dont tell me this place runs background checks
