I have lived here for almost a year and there are some problems in general but thats with every community some people hate it, some people love it, I dont understand why those who write nasty complaints just dont move it's not that HARD!!!!! when I first moved in the office and maintence staff was HORRIBLE I'd always pay my rent around the 30th and the Asst. manager Najah gave me late notices every month she didnt know what she was doing or she was worried about something else, the new office staff and maintence were good. Things were starting to get real good but then a new managment team came in now the office staff is gone (maintence is still here) and this rude lady always answers the phone, she actually told me "you have to wait 5 minutes to let your heater warm up it doesnt come on automatically" UHHHHH thanks I am not stupid!!! the ---- just doesnt work she said she was just filling in THANK GOD!!! but if you are looking for the truth here it is..... it is decent place for the price (just dont take the 3rd floor the vaulted ceiling run up my electric bill $280.00) I have had no problems with any of my neighbors they are all very friendly (most of the apartments around me are vacant anyways) there are some lower class people in the community (thats every where) I have never had a roach problem!!! the paint inside the apartment is cheap but the maintence has gotten better!!! the laundry rooms dont really work we have to dry our clothes 3 or 4 times they are still damp.
