The cops are here almost every other day. When we first moved in we got a note on our door that a violent crime had been committed in out complex, but we were not informed of what the crime was. We had a "safety patrol officer" on grounds for maybe 2 weeks after that, but I haven't seen him here in over 2 months. The ------- beneath me plays his music with the bass soooo loud that my WALLS SHAKE and I have complained to the management and nothing has been done. I called the after hours number 1 time because of it, and was told that he had until 10 pm to play his music before I could make a complaint. WTF'' Why should I have to listen to that crap and not even be able to hear my TV in my living room. Slamming of doors at all hours of the night, but I get the ceiling banged on if I walk to my bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this complex to a roach, although I think that's what half the community is. Full of trash!

You are absolutely right. I used to live in Cedar Bend Apartments across from where you are. You are living in Kenya. Too bad you are not a missionary.
