I lived in this apartment for a year. I got my car broken into twice. I could not go out during the night. No security in the apartment. They send you unnecessary notices even when you pay your bills on time.
You always see residents who look like thugs and wonder whether they were really screened. The rooms are infested with bugs and cockroaches. When you enter the room the first thing you see are the bugs scrawling here and there.
