I've lived in these apartmenst for a very long time. . . I would have moved alooooong time ago but couldn't afford to. The neighbors have no concideration for people that live around them. . . Maintenace takes for ever to get things done. . . they turn off your water without letting you know. This is also a drug environment. . . if you're into drugs this is the place to be (see Maria Beltrain). . . if not then i suggest that you move yourself somewhere better.
