Worst apartments I have ever lived in

The new mgr/owner (Woldeamlak Endale) is most likely the biggest liar I have encountered. He has promised to correct maintenance issues several times. When pinned down he hangs up the phone on you. The overall condition of the property is
the worst I have ever seen.Code enforcement has been here several times. There is trash and dog poop everywhere. The water has been contaminated several times. There are potholes in the parking lot. The doors are unsafe and was even once a crackhead living in an empty apartment. Waldo is worried about the apartments losing money.
Anyone can see why- yet he continues to let the apartments go from bad to worse.
He has not paid bills owed to Tv service, so no cable is available. I predict that is won't be long before these apartments are condemened.

I so agree with u.These people are big liars!When we moved in it was nothing but lies from the begining and I had to finally buy the flooring myself and put it down it was so bad.The apartment they showed us and said we would get is not what we got.Things are breaking all the time and it takes FOREVER to get anything fixed if at all,u may have to do it yourself and oh lets not forget the many pitbulls running loose!Its not safe.Don't move here.They smell of mold and its disguisting!Laundry room has only two working washers and they are never available!
