It's disgusting. wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I lived here with my boyfriend and his mom for a couple months until we got our own place and I had never seen a roach in my life before living here...the roaches are everywhere even during the day.
The kids are horrible, messy and there is dog poop everywhere. The gazebo on the pioneer side is nice to hang out in but beware of the crazy residences, we were having a bbq and grease from the hamburgers caught on fire on the foil so we took it off the grill to stomp it out and they called the police saying we were trying to blow the place up!
The pool was open when I was there and it was clean but the children were so rude that we only went swimming at night.

i do not agree with this comment because now its taken over by a new management team and their is a lot of changers that is happening, I feel safe to let my kids go out side and play. the buildings are been painted and is looking good. the new staff is really helpful and gets things done fast. their is a lot of good changers that is happening after many years.

At first when I read I thought some other Apt. I did not know that about 2007 springcrest Apt. where I am living since 2006. I see every time new change inside and outside the building. Half a block from the Hwy 360 and near for every thing. Have fitness center, sand volley ball court, tennis courts, racquetball, and swimming pool, and spa. We appriciated what the owner and the managment team is working hard to make this place Paradize. I will conclude by saying: Convenient, Caarefree, Comfortable LIVING. Have you Seen it what it looks like right now? I still live here.

Well, it hasn't changed any. I moved in in Sept 2009 and they didn't even do a make ready on my apt. All they did was vacuum this worn out old carpet. I live in a studio and there are 5 people in the studio above me. They make so much noise, it's terrible. God, I can't wait till my lease is up in March so I can get out of here! Oh and the roaches? Yeah, they're still here too. Lots of them. And they don't fix anything. They just take stuff from one apt to another. I am on the third refrigerator. They actually had to go buy some used ones cuz they ran out of ones to use. I would not recommend this place to a dog.
