Not-so-great things:

It seems like every time a new person moves in around me, I start to see bugs. They are good about spraying if you ask.

The pool has been closed lately for vandalism.

There are sometimes problems getting in the gate with the code provided.

When lived there was called Cornstone and was a Winn Dixie next door instead of Kroger.
Lots of gangs and murders and break ins and thefts.
