CRAP!!! Absolule crap. Ended up being charged over $2K (which is being disputed in court at this time) after verbal agreement with leasing agent that I would send the $36, that was my balance when I left, on a specific date. I kept up my end and she screwed me. These apts appear decent. The concern of mgmt IS appearances. KNOW THIS!!
Use your own judgement, just consider the warning. My advice: there are too many complexes here to settle for this overpriced headache
