I think the person who wrote on 2/01/07, has the wrong complex. I have lived here going on 4 years now and I think we have a staff that finally cares. There are not a lot of students here, if there is they are quite. when we first moved in the staff was not really that great, I will admit that. But over the last couple of years, we really have gotten a caring staff. I have called the emergency maintenance dept out and got a quick response time and they were very polite. They have never came to my door drunk!!! The first time I called them out it was about 1:30 in the morning on a Saturday night, to my suprise a female came out. my hot water heater had gone out, and within 2 hours she had it changed and a wet vac crew there to clean up the water off my carpets. I really feel safe here knowing we have a female on staff. I dont worry so much about my wife being at home and having a man coming into my apt when I am at work. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

Just wanted to say that the person who helped you out was not part of the management. Denise, Melanie and Audrey WOW they are all "managers" however they will tell you that you need to speak w/ which ever one is not there. I assume to avoid doing anything
