I thought Springfeild croosing was an ok property til I moved out left the apartment spotless and they are still trying everything in their power to keep my deposit!!! BUT the devil is a liar!!! They will give me my deposit back.
If you can move-in without a deposit it will be ok...but deposit payers be aware!!!

I'm going through the same thing! They're trying to say that my carpet, which is well cared for, has to be replaced so I need to give them $500. There are no holes, no stains, and I wash the carpet every 6 months or so. When I asked Audrey (who did the 30-second walkthrough) why, she said "The smell". There is NO smell in my apartment, I am meticulous and I don't want it stinking of the man downstairs' cigarette smoke. I even have one of those automatic air fresheners that you put on the wall.
