ok... I will admit. THey look decent! But I've been always taught that looks can be deceiving. I've lived here for going on 2 years. The first couple of months were great....until my shower/bathtub/kitchen sink was draining slow and leaking water. called to complain...it tooK 4 FREAKING WEEKS FOR THESE BUMBLING IDIOTS TO EVEN REMEMBER TO PUT A WORK ORDER IN FOR IT. Then when they finally did come, they didn't have the right tools and told me they would be right back...ya...back in about 3 more days. I got over it. THEN...Here's where I lost it! I live on the 2nd floor and one day I noticed that the stairs leading up to my apartment have begun to crack ( there the gravel type) I put the office staff on alert on that MONDAY. On Tuesday, the steps cracked and fell in as a guest of mine was coming over. SO, I called Audri McHenry in the office and let her know. Seeing as how that was a safety issue ( and possible lawsuits) I assumed they would be right over. NOPE!!!! On Friday, I called back. I was told that someone was on the way ( right off of I-820 was what I was told) ya... wrong. When I woke up Saturday morning and another step had broken ( my neighbor stepped on it) I had had it. I called back and got a crap load of pissy lies. Needless to say after I threatend lawsuits and breaking the lease, the steps were fixed within hours. Funny huh' I was ok after that....but since then I've been hit with late notices (never pay rent later...computer error is what they say) past due notices for $.10. Then the FINALLY fixed the access gates. BUT THEY DECIDED TO GO FROM A CODE TO A CARD AND CHARGED US A DEPOSIT FOR IT! THE GATES DON'T WORK HALF THE TIME. THE POOL IS FILTHY, COPS ARE ALWAYS AROUND. MANAGEMENT IS RUDE ( EXCEPT FOR DENICE...SHE'S COOL)

My advice... find something better. I promise you don't want to pay for a headache.!

THE ONLY ONE COOL THERE IS MELLANIE! THE BIG BLACK LADY IS CONSTANTLY RUDE IN YOUR FACE AND DENICE IS JUST FAKE AND ACTS TOO DANG NICE THEN DOES NOTHING TO HELP YOU OUT MELLANIE WAS THE ONLY ONE TO HELP ME WITH ANYTHING!
