This place is about as horrible as they come. Maintenence is horrible aside from one woman Lydia. They dont follow through with their work orders. My upstairs neigbor's hot water heater started leaking into my childrens bedroom and causing a horrible odor. I called Audrie @ the office and not only did she make it seem like it was somehow my fault I had to eventually call maintenence myself. Way to go staff huh. Audrie is a horrible person to work with, i dont think she understands that tenants pay her salary. She is unprofessional and doesnt seem very educated by the way she carries herself. The gates never work. This is the only complex that has a "gated community" and it is gated by wood slates that our busted out. Our car has been broken into 2. On two different occasions other tenants apartments have been broken into and management DOES NOT feel the need to inform other tenants. I had to find out from the victims. They enter your apartment without authorization. It is just horrible. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Im sorry for the people like me that have to fulfill their lease.

yeah i couldnt stand Audri either she was the worse person i ever had to deal with mellanie and denice were very helpful. audri is bringing down their property and they dont even realize it, she actually leased to me. At that time she was acted like my friend just to get me in then once i was in she turned and acted like i wasnt her problem anymore! Very rude! It was like everytime i went in there she didnt want to get up away from her desk to help me. If mellanie was busy on the phone audri would just look at me and act like mellanie get off the phone there is a resident here! i got so pissed off at that but never said anything. but luckly denice came out of her office and helped me out!
