This is the worst apartment I've ever lived at, seriously worst ever! This is a list of serious complaints that I've discussed with management, and they just ignored every single one of them.

1. Our apartment smells awful, like our neighbors are doing or cooking drugs. We have discussed this with management, we've called the police and nothing has been done.

2. Management tows the resident's vehicles. I personally saw the tow truck grind somebody's vehicle while they were pulling it out of the parking spot.

3. There are numerous break ins of people's vehicles.

4. There have been some serious break-ins of apartments, which management promptly ignores.

5. The gate is purely for show, it does not keep the place safe. They keep dumping money on fixing it over and over as it is always broken down, as opposed to putting that money into some real security.

Don't be fooled, the management seems nice at first, but they are totally incompetent and once you sign the lease they will totally ignore you.

Things just get worse once you leave. I've tried to get information and assistance regarding one of THEIR fowl-ups after I moved out and have received nothing but cattiness from Audrey and the general ineptness of Denise. Bandaid apartment ONLY.
