When I first moved into these apartments I walked in and there were no base boards at all in the apartment...Then I tried moving into a 2 bedroom and when I got in it, NOTHING WAS CLEAN AT ALL...my apartment smelled of a dog, the bathroom floors were sticky, and the skylight looked as if it hadn't been dusted out for years...I was told I had to clean everything myself...on top of that I asked for upgrades in the apartment and so far only the fans have been upgraded and the shower heads...and one of the shower heads doesnt work properly and I had a work order to fix it and it still has yet to be fixed...Along with that maintenance came into my apartment and cut my thermostat down to 60 degrees and left it that way all day...I would suggest anyone who may be considering these apartments to continue your search and find something better...

I lived here and went through the same thing. Be careful about complaining about it, because when I did, they tried to charge me $500 for the repairs. Uh, no? They also charged me for changing my own air filter (after being explicitly told that they provide them). Anyhow. I hope you find something better.

734-434-3455 Call their Corporate office, that's what I did and it's the only way to get anything resolved.
