I moved to Springfield Crossing a year ago and my stay has been terrific. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I haven't had many maintenance issues but the one i had was taken care of very quickly. My apartment is beautiful and the accent walls that are available make my apartment even more beautiful. I always mange to get a prking spot right in front of my apt, so parking isn't an issue either. I have renewed my lease for another year and i don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I don't have noisey or rude neighbors, the pool is always open, it is quite and peaceful and i feel safe living here. I have recommended these apartments to all of my friends and family.

Seriously, office staff shouldn't post reviews for their own apartments. It just makes you look like an ass.
The accent wall are not 'beautiful', they are poorly and sloppily done by someone who has never heard of masking tape. You probably don't have noisy or rude neighbors because so many people are leaving. Same goes for why you have a parkingspot and the pool is never crowded.

Sorry to disappoint you, but this review was not written by a staff member. This is an actual resident who used to live here awhile ago, and has moved back in! She constantly tells us how happy she is, and we have a lot of residents who do the same. I am sorry to hear that you are so unhappy, maybe talking directly to me with some of your concerns would be more helpful (as opposed to writing an anonymous complaint on this website, of which I cannot address with you personally, therefore have not even been given a chance to make your stay with us more enjoyable).
