I have lived here twice. I was here from 2002 to 2006 then I made a mistake by moving to another apt complex. When my lease was up at the other place I could not wait to come home again. I was very pleased to find all of the same people here. My main reason for moving back was because of the maintenance staff as well as the office staff. I was greeted with open arms it sure felt good to be home. I have lived at several complexes in my life, but nothing compares to here. I really dont know why some people are so negitive about this complex. The owners have put alot of money in to this complex since I have been back. The maintenance staff is really one of a kind, they really do care about their residents and they take alot of pride in their work. If they have to order a part for your maintenance request the lead maintenance lady always calls you directly and lets you know what is going on. I will tell you from experience she is a wiz at ac's and always has a smile on her face no matter how hot it is. The office staff is great to. The manager always tries to do what ever she can to make you feel at home. I have never seen this place look so good. I just wanted to tip my hat to the owners,maintenance staff and office staff for doing such a wonderful job.
