(user photo) Our rotted out window. and trust me this isn't the only apartment with this damage. I've seen several.

(user photo) bath tub with tiles that are uneven, and sticking out. Not to mention, they have cracks in the grout so it's not water proof and can you see how awfull the sealent looks. Every apartment. (user photo) Look how up to date and state of the art they keep their appliences. Our electric bill was $422.71 last month thanks to this A/C

Me and my pug are very happy here! The neighbors are friendly without being obtrusive, the maintence (though it has been minor work only) has always been done promptly and without any problem (they are in and out and never leave a mess).

I'm very happy to be here!
