I lived at Calais for a little over a year and decided to move only to take advantage of low interest rates and to pursue my dream of home ownership. Now, after being in a house for about a year, I am ready to move back into the comforts of home at Calais. I felt safe, secure and comfortable in my apartment. Everything I ever needed was attended to by a caring and efficient staff. And, my neighbors were wonderful. I felt more a part of a neighborhood while living at Calais than I have in the year in my new house.



I cannot say enough about the management, the maintenance or the property in general. I still have friends that live there. And, when I visit them, I can?t wait to sell my house and return home to Calais!!
