It used to be better

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Recently the property management changed and since then things haven't been quite the same. Our heater has broken down 4 times and during the coldest times.
The clientell of this upper priced apartment also seems to have gone down. We have had breakins and i swear i see the police at the apartments every other day now.
The plans are good the price is too high though for what you get. Poor insulation means your heating / air bill will be high.
The worst is the SHARED WATER. The water bill every month is a good 30-40 bucks. the worst part is that could be reduced to a normal rate if they fixed the D AMNED sprinklers that run and leak out hundreds of gallons of water.
What the hell are sprinklers running now in the winter!
We've been here long enough to see staff come and go and sadly they were good caring staff as well as the maintenance people that used to exist.
That's why I'm out here now is looking for a new place to live.
