(user photo) bath tub with tiles that are uneven, and sticking out. Not to mention, they have cracks in the grout so it's not water proof and can you see how awfull the sealent looks. Every apartment. (user photo) Look how up to date and state of the art they keep their appliences. Our electric bill was $422.71 last month thanks to this A/C

I had a terrible experience in this complex. Yes, it looks nice from the outside, but the maintenance is terrible, the roof and windows leak. The office staff is terrible. They will look for any way possible to charge you extra to squeeze every penny out of their residents since they are losing so much money from people leaving.

Expect a bill after you leave for "miscellaneous expenses" which they fabricate to extort more money.
