(user photo) Our rotted out window. and trust me this isn't the only apartment with this damage. I've seen several.

(user photo) bath tub with tiles that are uneven, and sticking out. Not to mention, they have cracks in the grout so it's not water proof and can you see how awfull the sealent looks. Every apartment. (user photo) Look how up to date and state of the art they keep their appliences. Our electric bill was $422.71 last month thanks to this A/C

NO! NO! NO! HORRIBLE STAFF!!EVEN WORSE APPLIANCES, ALL ARE OLD AND THEY TAKE FOREVER TO FIX OR REPLACE!!HAD TO CALL SUPERVISOR TO GET ANY THING DONE EVERYTIME.

"All are old" Do you mean the appliances or the staff? If they replace they are newer, correct?
