Thanks goodness my lease just ended. Had to call the office at LEAST 4-5 times before maintanice came out. And it was always one excuss after another. Half the time the office staff would forget to write it up. I know b/c that's what they told me. When maintanice finally would show up they never knew what they were doing. Everytime it was a different person, b/c they change over so quick. I lived on the first floor, came home one day and bathroom was completly soaked from leaking upstairs. Far corner still does every so often. Applicances are old and don't work half the time.
Electric bill is anywhere from $175-$250. Kept AC on automatic at 78 during summer and turned it up to 83 when not at home, did not use dishwasher. People with house pay less on electric. Been told this complex has bad instilation.
People play music load throughout the night with no regard to others.
Office staff changes over often. The office staff they have there now are horrible. They always say they will call you back and never do. Mon-Fri supposed to be open at 8:30am, they are always late.
Looks great on the outside that is the only thing good about them. DO NOT RENT HERE

Let me shed some light for you. If you owned a house your electric bill would of ran anywere from 350.00 to 500.00 a month for a small house. Also when you set your a/c to go up to 83 during the day and when you get home and turn it down to 78 you are running the crap out of your a/c. So you will run a large electric bill. My advice to you is leave your a/c at a comfortable 75 and DO NOT TOUCH IT! Amazingly you will use less electricity. And quit your nagging on paying less that 250.00 you are one of the lucky ones.
