My friend worked here.
The staff is sooooooo unprofessional.
The staff turnover is high, because the place is a tenament and because one person in particular is cuckoo!
She has it out for another complex around the corner (and thehave been made aware of this)
When someone lives at the same place of employment you would think that the front doors would be opened on time. Nope not here.
Work order requests are never jotted down in a timely manner,sometimes they are put on a sticky note that gets thrown away or lost.
And then the excuse for it not getting done "In a timely manner", is that the part is on order or some other lame excuse.
There was a shooting in the parking lot a few months ago (check with Arl PD) and they are on a strict budget so don't expect any type of changes.
No complex is perfect but bad customer service AND a sinking ship are not a good mix.
