Basically everything you've read is true, they aren't cookie cutters, pretty neat floorplans (that's what got me into them). When my apartment took two weeks to be ready for me when they said only the toilet in the 2nd bath needed to be fixed I started to question my choice. It has been a nightmare ever since then as far as maintenance, toilets still messing up, washer won't rinse right, sinks wont drain, a hole they put in the restroom when fixing the ac for the 4th time is still there; all of which has had numerous. Just as my lease was coming up last year they actually had a good maintenance manager and staff so I stayed, then they swapped them out for the lazy morons in there now. I think it is a new owner because it went from an all white/hispanic staff and maintenance to an all ------- american staff and management within a week, along with most of the residents now. I decided it wasn't for me when the ez-e wannabe and his gangster friends hung out all night by my place drinking and yelling and rapping in the parking lot. So, generally the place is awesome if you don't want anything fixed, and want to see the stages of how compton became what it is today. If you are white, and especially hispanic, don't bother; they increase the rent for those "people" and the management will do everything to make sure and mess with you. Gangstas unite, move out the white! We know its right, cuz this place is TIIGGHTTTT! Yeah, pretty much; enjoy!
