I've lived at Ballpark Way for the past 9 months.When I leased the apartment I spoke to a very nice young lady that was very professional.I have not experienced the poor service. Since I've lived there I attended the breakfast and other functions and I'm sure the folks complaining didn't show up. I love my community and i will be renewing my lease.

You must be someone in management or close to management, the majority opinion on here is the apartments suck (the 28% overall rating should be a clue). Your review is just too funny who cares about functions when the quality of the apartment is awful and cheap and you have to look out for your safety. Here is an idea why don't you tell them to stop wasting their money on those dumb functions and use it to fix up the sad condition these apartments are in.
