(user photo) bath tub with tiles that are uneven, and sticking out. Not to mention, they have cracks in the grout so it's not water proof and can you see how awfull the sealent looks. Every apartment. (user photo) Look how up to date and state of the art they keep their appliences. Our electric bill was $422.71 last month thanks to this A/C

i lived there for 4 months with out any promblems until.... i came home and my apartment was flooded! carpet floeting i lvive in a mold infested house with out any repairs for a month. water damage, all of my belongings ruined. nothing was done not one thing i had wood falling off the counters in the bathrooms. i could see my upstairs neighbor in the hole in my bathroom, non of it was ever repaired!! i skipped out on my lease. stay away from unlucky apt 13
