If you want quality don't move here

Anyone considering moving here I strongly advise you not to. I don't even know where to begin. The kitchen appliances are extremely old, not like the kind that your mother used, but more like the kind that your grandmother used. If you are lucky you can get the appliances from the early 1980s, otherwise you are stuck with the 1960s style of kitchen appliances. I have the early 1980s appliances, well twice they have had to replace the big burners since they didn't work. When I first moved in the blinds were torn and messed up, well we waited so long for them to replace them that we ended up just buying our own. In addition, the bathroom door wouldn't close, don't they think you need some level of privacy while in the bathroom. It took 2 weeks for them to come out and finally fix it, their excuse was that the apartments are old and have foundation problems. The carpet had some dark brown spots on it when I moved in.In the second bedroom closet one of the railings is broke so you can't hang up clothes up on there and a host of other problems. They have only fixed 2 the problems cited when I moved in. If I was staying in a cheaper apartment I would expected this, but for the amount you pay they should do better then this. I can't wait until this lease is up, we are moving out of here ASAP. Also they are extremely cheap at this complex, they don't have receipts books and you have to request a receipt since they don't give it to you automatically. From there they make a copy of your payment. In addition, this is 2007 you would think the complex had a credit card machine so you can pay your rent with a debit card.
