I've lived here for the past 18 months and have enjoyed every minute of it. The staff is wonderful. They treat me as if they know me personally. They know my name an my daughter's name & they always smile & say hi when we see each other in the parking lot (I see them doing this to all the other residents as well). They are very kind, professional, caring and will go out of their way to make sure we are happy with our home. They have even delivered my packages to my door when I can't get home before the office closes! The maintenance team cares about us as well. They are pleasant and professional. One of them saw me one morning taking my trash to the dumpster on my way to work. He stopped me & took my trash for me! That really made my day. I haven'y even seen people hanging out in the parking lot yelling & drinking so I don't know why one of the other comments says that. It doesn't happen and it's a very nice place to live...not stuffy or stuck up like some of the other apartments I looked at before I chose to live here (and I'm glad I did). I have no intention of leaving until I an ready to build a house and I highly receommend to anyone searching for a comfortable apartment and friendly staff to live here. :-)

Don't let this review fool you, this place is a dump, they take forever to come and fix anything and then mickey mouse it. They recently have the pool close at the hottest time of the year for no apparent reason, Robbie is the rudest personnel here. They let anyone get in here we have had neighbors who constantly make loud noises at all times of the day and they do nothing.

I couldn't disagree with you more. I am currently living here and everything that people are saying are right on target. I am currently working with the owners to try and get some resolution, and this is the second time I am having to do so since I have lived here for the past year. I am quite and always pay my rent on time. My electric bills are through the roof ($270 was my highest) for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Average is $225. I have old appliances, a celing fan fell from the celing to the floor (right where my daughter was sitting only moments before the fall), my storage room has been leaking and with mold since before I moved in and it's still not fixed. Every work order takes me calling about 10 times before it is completed. It takes days, weeks, months to get any work orders completed and half the time the job is done only partially. The maintenance staff got RUDE when we called in saying our air conditioner was not working properly at night, and they did not want to come out and lied to me saying they are not allowed to work on A/C units at night. I know that is a lie because when I moved in they came and fixed it at night. My list could go on and on, but everything people have said is right on target. If the person who posted this had a great experience, then count yourself lucky. They must have really liked you a LOT. I don't think they dislike me, but they certainly treat me like its a problem when I call tehm and ask them to do their JOB. They expect my rent on time (which it always is), so why can't they complete work orders on time? This place is about to fall apart, and it only looks nice from the outside. I'd leave right now if I could ... but I am getting married and having to pay for our wedding, so we have to stay until after the wedding. But BEST BELIEVE, I will be moving just as soon as I can. I can't WAIT to get out of here.

I actually live here now. I HATE IT!!!! When we moved in, we told them what needed to be done to the apartment. Water damage over the toilet from a leak, it has never been fixed. Doors stick all over. My cabinets are leaning because of improper installation. None of it fixed. I just got a new stove after being here for almost 3 months. My oven didn't work and the stove itself was actually missing nobs. All of this was on the move in sheet. The only thing fixed so far was the stove. I have noisy upstairs neighbors, of which I have had to personally call the security company on for waking my son up 6 times in one night. There is people outside drinking all the time. There are people fixing their cars and trucks in the parking lot. When we moved in there was a car that had expired plates, two flat tires and a broken window just sitting there. They just had it towed away like 2 weeks ago. Today it's raining outside right now and I notice that the rain is coming into my unit from under the wall in my son's room. I called into the office immediately, it took 30 minutes for them to come and then he rips up the carpets and leaves! He says the the "supervisor" has to come look at it and he doesn't know how long it will take. Meanwhile I have a two year old boy who is freaking out cause this guy is trashing his room. Then he has the gals to tell me, "I just can't tell you that," when I ask how long. The only good thing about this complex is the maintenance man MATT! He doesn't just patch stuff up, he fixes it. And he listens when we tell him something is wrong and figures out what it is. I will NEVER recommend this place to someone and we will be moving if they don't fix our stuff soon. And it will be on them for not completing repairs in a timely manner according to the lease.

I live in these apartments now. I disagree with some on the comments on here and I agree with others. I've lived here for two years, I've loved living here. Maintenance is sometimes slow on fixing things in the apartments it just depends, sometimes they are not. I didn't have to pay first months rent and last months rent, maybe that is something new. I know when you move into an apartment you are supposed to complete a move in check list, if there are any damages they can fix so you won't be on the hook for them later. My apartment had pretty new appliances, my neighbor upstairs from me had a really old microwave with a dial on it. I was quite shocked when I saw it because I had new appliances. The reason why the pool was closed in June was because they were having an inspection on the pool and didn't anyone in the pool until the inspection was over. I asked the apartment office because I was wondering why the pool wasn't opened. It is true you will not find anyone hanging out at night time. My previous apartment did have problems in the second bedroom with water coming in from the ground. The apartments are not perfect but they are not as bad as some people make seem. Things have started to change since we got our new manager she is very uptight, I don't care for her too much. I also think the prices on these apartments have gotten too high from when I first moved in I am debating on breaking my lease because it is not the same. I have a huge problem with the manager because she doesn't want anything on our front porch areas, as people who live here know, none of the apartments here have balconies, so I have been threatened with lease violations, and fines. This is all thanks to the new manager.

Wow!! I'm kind of surprised at some of the comments on here. I have lived here for the past.. almost a year I guess? I love living here, my neighbors are wonderful and I know other people that live here that are not my neighbors as well just in passing, and through friends that live here as well.. I can honestly say that when I came in to look at an apartment, it is obvious that this is an older community, it's been here a while, unlike other places that we went to look at where the office staff is snooty and not people friendly. I hit it off right away with everyone in the office and have had minimal problems with maintenance. But I do realize that as an older property, there are going to at least be some issues inside my apartment. As for Matt being the only maintenance man worth his stuff around here, I have to strongly disagree. I have never had the chance to meet Matt, but on the occasion have met Juan and Eddy. I know that if I have something that needs pressing attention and I see them on property before I get a chance to get to the office that they will address the issue, or at least take a look at what is wrong and if I still need to have a work order officially written up, they let me know that I still need to call the office. There has been a change in staff since I have been here and I have to admit that I loved everyone in the office prior to the new manager and assistant manager we have now. I did make it a point to go in and meet the newest additions here. I got a chance to voice my opinions with the new manager about some of the changes that she is trying to enforce and she in turn was able to express her concern and reasons for the change. I have seen the new assistant manager out and about and was pleased that she went out of her way to say hello. P.S. - I am so glad that you did Not go on and on about the things that are wrong with your apartment, and I really hope that the other person who commented got their stuff fixed. I have older appliances as well and I know about the outrageous microwaves with the dials, I brought in my own smaller more efficient microwave, no big deal. My fridge and dishwasher and also washer and dryer are a little older as well.. but they work just fine, so I can't complain.. besides, the more I complain the more I start to sound like the people who commented earlier. I'm just not a bitter person. This is my home and will continue to be my home until they get tired of me and decide to kick me out!!
