The apartments are crappy, falling apart, the office staff rude and unhelpful, and we couldn't get anything fixed. We lived there 1 year, paid $220 security deposit plus $300 pet deposit, and our first and last month's rent UP FRONT. The office staff turned over literally 4 times in that one year PLUS the maintenance people turned over about 4 times, too. No one there knew what they were doing, and we had a broken drawer and a couple of other major things that needed to be fixed that we kept asking them to fix for over 8 months and were still broken when we moved.

We moved 1 month before our lease was up because of my husband's job. We had to move over 300 miles away, which we were told was no problem because there was only 1 month on our lease, and we had paid first and last month up front. Three years later - THREE YEARS - we get a bill for $3000 saying that we owe them for a month's rent, reletting fees, cleanup charges, REPAIRS (which we tried for 8 months to get them to do), and a bunch of other BS. This is now on our credit rating, and we cannot get it off of there. We're not paying it because it's total --------. We have even contested it that it is fraudulent, which I totally believe it is.

Watch your credit closely. These people will ---- you in a heart beat.

Ok so im sure you didnt get that in writing. Because if you did you wouldnt be here ranting about it. NOW HEAR THIS NOW HEAR THIS..Stupid move on your part..Thats the reason why you owe them $...Never take there word for it..BAD MOVE!
