(user photo) Our rotted out window. and trust me this isn't the only apartment with this damage. I've seen several.

(user photo) bath tub with tiles that are uneven, and sticking out. Not to mention, they have cracks in the grout so it's not water proof and can you see how awfull the sealent looks. Every apartment. (user photo) Look how up to date and state of the art they keep their appliences. Our electric bill was $422.71 last month thanks to this A/C

Definitely satisfied with the service. I requested a few items to be repaired and it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The staff is wonderful and has attended to every problem that I've had.
