(user photo) bath tub with tiles that are uneven, and sticking out. Not to mention, they have cracks in the grout so it's not water proof and can you see how awfull the sealent looks. Every apartment. (user photo) Look how up to date and state of the art they keep their appliences. Our electric bill was $422.71 last month thanks to this A/C

I have resided here for over a year and just renewed my lease, and am fairly happy with the property. I have also lived here through 2 management staffs and am proud to say I am still very happy with the office staff. I don't really have any complaints to express for all my requests and issues have been addressed very, very promplty. I would of course love covered parking or even assigned parking but all the nieghbors here seem to be very considerate. It is actually a very quite complex, I hardly ever here a neighbor. All in all I would definately recommend this property.
