(user photo) bath tub with tiles that are uneven, and sticking out. Not to mention, they have cracks in the grout so it's not water proof and can you see how awfull the sealent looks. Every apartment. (user photo) Look how up to date and state of the art they keep their appliences. Our electric bill was $422.71 last month thanks to this A/C

I have live in Springfield Ballpark Way going on 2 yrs. I just renewed my lease. And I love my apartment. Whenever I have a problem maintenance takes care of it right away. Just yesterday I called about my air they were there when I got home, and took care of the problem.
