I have lived here for about 2 weeks now. So far it has been a good experience. I needed a couple if things fixed and they came the next day. The landscape is nice and the office personnel have been helpful.

did you know that two cars were stolen here just when you were moving in. it is not about them fixing things it is about living here with the undesirables. that is why we are moving.

yes I just found out. The reason I moved here was because I had driven around and looked at other apts. and saw "undesirables" all over. When I came by here twice I didn't notice people hanging out. Guess maybe I should have looked a little harder. Unfortunately I was living in an extended stay hotel and the place was packed with creeps and needed to find another place quick. Fortunatley I only signed a 6 month lease so I will be on the lookout and will move if necessary. Thanks for the info and the heads up...

I am sorry but I think your comments are very misleading; this is a copy of the letter that went out to all the residents in reference to the incident. I try my best to keep all of my residents informed, we really take a lot of pride in the community and we love all of our residents. May 6, 2009 To Springfield at Ballpark Way Residents, Property Management has been informed about two automobiles that have been stolen. Local Authorities responded and are currently investigating both incidents. Please remember that if you see anyone who looks suspicious, please call police immediately. DO NOT DELAY! After you have notified the local law enforcement authorities, contact the management office. The telephone number for local law enforcement authorities is 911. Also, please contact the courtesy patrol, Able Security, at 877-807-7710. Please keep in mind that we also provide free alarm systems to all of our residents, however you are responsible for the activation fee and monthly fees based on the service plan you choose. For those that do not have a car alarm it may be good to invest in one, alarms can be used as a deterrent when it comes to possible theft. If you are interested in getting more information about the alarms and the pricing please contact Metro Communication Systems at 866-734-6274. I have also provided a form from a company by the name of Arch Angel that specializes in anti-kick security devices that can be easily installed in your apartment, this is a option for all of our residents, if you are interested please fill out the attach form and attach a $75 money order for the service and the date you would like to have it installed. Please remember to always be aware of your surroundings and keep your doors and windows locked at all times. To help prevent possible crimes in the future please do not leave valuables in your vehicle and park in well-lit areas. As you know, no one can ensure your personal safety. While we strive to provide a pleasant community environment, it takes everyone doing his or her part to keep crime out of our community.
