(user photo) Our rotted out window. and trust me this isn't the only apartment with this damage. I've seen several.

(user photo) bath tub with tiles that are uneven, and sticking out. Not to mention, they have cracks in the grout so it's not water proof and can you see how awfull the sealent looks. Every apartment. (user photo) Look how up to date and state of the art they keep their appliences. Our electric bill was $422.71 last month thanks to this A/C

Bad parking' too many pets leaving big pile of their dropping right in plain sight, to see first thing in the morning. Throwing paper down the water drains all that do is plug them up an cause the parking lot to flood.
