Its St. Andrews at River Park -
Nice interiors and the pool looks really nice. If you live near next to it be prepared. On the weekends it was so rowdy and the music was so loud that if you live near the pool, you couldnt hear your tv or talk on the phone inside. my windows rattled. I'm all about a good time but if you work a day job or have early classes, fighting and partying at the pool at all hours is too much. The cops were here often and arrests were made. Most of the office staff has been replaced and they banned alcohol at the pool so who knows what this summer will bring. The weight room is crummy and the re-lease incentives are bad despite the fact that people are moving out all the time and the place is at least 1/4-1/2 vacant. Alot of longtime residents have left in the past 6 months. Its gated but people can walk in off the street and they do in the summer. maintanence is good, some of the old office staff was very rude, but it seems to be better now. There are more kids now and its slowly moving from a single persons(20 guys to 1 girl ratio) to a family scene.
