Good Place To Live - Almost no crime From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   After one year of living at these apartments the staff and maint has improved. They were rude at first but the entire staff has been replaced and they have cleaned up the pool area. The people that now live here range from college students to retires and I haven't noticed any police since I've lived here. These appartments have the lowest crime rate in the city of arlington. 1 bedroom is over priced but the 2bed 2 bath is a good value - upon release i received the same rate.
